How would you like to get your hands on our very special bespoke wooden medal?

The Lions Club of Ipswich challenge you to Run, Walk, Cycle or even Swim a minimum distance of 5K by the end of March 2020.  Record your distance using your wearable gadgets, Strava, map my walk etc and then all you have to do is email us your evidence and we will send you one of our beautiful medals.

This year our President’s Project is the Ipswich Deaf Society and we are raising money to help them to fit out their kitchen so that they can support our more mature deaf community who can become isolated as they get older.  This new kitchen will enable the Ipswich Deaf Society to create an environment where people can have a good meal and socialise in a safe and inviting environment.

So pull on those running shoes, or walking boots, get together with friends and start recording your distances.

Entry is just £12. All profits from your entry to the Lions Club of Ipswich Virtual Challenge 2020 will go to the Ipswich Deaf Society. You must register for the Challenge by 15^th March 2020 and you must complete the challenge and email your evidence by 5^th April 2020.
